Somali Prime Minister Nur Hassan Hussein (Nur Adde) is suffering from illness in the UK.

Prime Minister Kheyre posted on his Twitter account a brief prayer of thanks to Nur Adde, saying that members of his family whom he spoke to have confirmed his illness.

“I pray to Allah to give immediate medical attention to the former Prime Minister, Mr. Nur Hassan Hussein (Nur Adde) who is ill in London. I spoke to his family on the phone and told them that the government and the people of Somalia are on their side, ”Prime Minister Kheyre said in a statement.

Meanwhile, reports from Online Capital say Nur Adde has contracted Coronavirus, which has spread to his home country in the UK and around the world.

Nur Adde and his son Dahir Nur are in hospital in London.

Nur Adde, 83, was the Prime Minister of the TFG in 2007 and 2009 under the leadership of former President Abdullahi Yusuf.
